5. Third-party services

5.1 Google Analytics This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google") and collects and stores data via this web analytics service, from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms. The usage profiles created in this way are used to evaluate visitor behavior in order to design and improve the offer presented on this website in line with requirements. Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are small text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In the event that IP anonymization is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. The usage profiles kept under a pseudonym will also not be merged with personal data about the user without the user's express and separately declared consent. Thus, the balance shows that there are no overriding interests on your part (Art. 6 (1 f) GDPR). You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de). In addition, you can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set, which will prevent the collection of your data during future visits to this website: Google Analytics deactivate. You can view Google's privacy policy at http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/. For more information on the terms of use, please visit http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html. We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "anonymizeIp" to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc., operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland („Google“) and raises and saves data through this web analysis service from which user profiles are created through the use of pseudonyms. The user profiles created this way serve the analysis of the visitor’s behavior to create and improve a customized offer on this website. Google Analytics uses so-called “Cookies”, small text files which are saved on your computer, and which allow you an analysis of the website’s use. The information generated through the cookie about your use of the website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and saved there. In case of the website’s IP anonymization activation, your IP address, however, is shortened within the member countries of the European Union or in other Member States of the Agreement of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptions, the full IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of this website’s provider, Google will use this information to analyze your use of the website, to compose reports about website activities and to procure further services, in conjunction with the use of this website and the use of the Internet, for the website provider. The IP address transmitted in your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data collected by Google. Even user profiles used under a pseudonym are not merged with the personally-related data about the user without express and separately-stated permission from the user. You can prohibit the storage of cookies through the appropriate setting of your browser software. However, we want to advise you, that in this case not all functions of this website may be fully functional and usable. Furthermore, you may prevent data collection through cookies related to your use of this website (incl. your IP address) and transmission to Google as well as data processing by Google by downloading and installing the available browser plug-in, available at the following link [ http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de ].

5.2 Social media links We have our own social media pages with the third-party providers that can be reached via links from this website. By using the links you will reach the respective websites of the third party providers (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). In order to avoid unnecessary data transfer, we recommend that you log out of the respective third-party provider yourself before using a corresponding link, so that usage profiles cannot be created by the third-party provider through the use of the link.

5.3 Use of Google ReCAPTCHA This website uses the reCAPTCHA service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). The function is designed to distinguish whether the input is human or abusive through automated, machine processing. The query includes the sending of the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input will be transmitted to Google and used there. Your IP address will, however, be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is used. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of reCaptcha is not merged with other data from Google. The processing thus serves to prevent misuse of this website and is ultimately anonymous, so that the weighing of interests shows that there are no predominant interests on your part that stand in the way of processing (Art. 6 I p. 1 f DSGVO). The data protection guidelines of Google apply, which can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.

5.4 Google Web Fonts We use so-called web fonts from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google") to display a uniform font on our website. These are automatically stored in your browser cache when you call up one of our pages to enable the desired display. If your browser does not support the web fonts used, a standard font of your computer may be used. This does not affect any user interests that outweigh this technical necessity (Art. 6 I p. 1 f DSGVO). You can view Google's privacy policy here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/. Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq.

5.5 Google DoubleClick This website uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick (operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). DoubleClick uses cookies to serve ads that are relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads more than once. Google uses a cookie ID to record which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed more than once. In addition, DoubleClick can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions that are related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a DoubleClick ad and later calls up the advertiser's website with the same browser and buys something there. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain any personal information. Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google's server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge: Through the integration of DoubleClick, Google receives the information that you have called up the relevant part of our website or clicked on the ad from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider will learn your IP address and store it. You can prevent participation in this tracking process by making the appropriate setting in your browser. We would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of our offer to their full extent. DoubleClick is only used with your consent (Art. 6 (1 a) GDPR). You can view Google's privacy policy here: http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy
